This document sets forth the binding legal agreement governing your engagement with Verdict Gold's mass tort marketing services. Please review these terms carefully as they affect your rights and obligations.
Binding Agreement
Welcome to Verdict Gold. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and Verdict Gold, concerning your access to and use of our specialized mass tort marketing services, particularly regarding World Trade Center litigation campaigns.
1. Introduction
By executing an insertion order or utilizing our proprietary lead generation platforms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using our services.
2. Marketing Services & Delivery
Verdict Gold provides targeted advertising and claimant acquisition services strictly in accordance with state and federal bar association guidelines. All creative assets, landing pages, and intake methodologies are subject to client review; however, final editorial control remains with Verdict Gold to ensure campaign performance metrics.
3. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL VERDICT GOLD, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of New York. Verdict Gold and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of New York shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
